The LinksPutt is a much better practice facility than the usual roll-up mats one sees. I have been the proud owner of a 4 metre LinksPutt system for two weeks now and the improvement in my putting stroke has been outstanding. I am 16 years old and play off a low single figure handicap. I thought that my putting stroke was quite good prior to the receipt of my Linksputt system. Drawing a line around the circumference of the ball, the initial roll from my putting stroke on the true life like surface of the links putt green looked terrible, with a left to right spin caused by a slightly open clubface. I've found the LinksPutt has helped me a lot, especially in the last few weeks when I've actually managed to hole a few putts on the course!!! I'm only using it on the flat surface at the moment, but it's already saving me 2-3 shots a round and it's helping my confidence grow on the greens, which will hopefully continue as the season progresses. With regard to LinksPutt, I have found it a great help with it’s many different ways of setting up and have already spent many hours on it. At my age, one often does not sleep too well - so, slip on the track suit and into the garage for half an hour at 3 am!!  Mind you, I can't get the car in. I saw this item in a Golf mag and having tried everything else, I reluctantly decided that it was worth the price. I figured out that a perfectly true surface would encourage confidence with straight putts and borrows. The product is well thought out, well packaged, and is everything and more that I expected from it. My confidence over the putter has improved and five footers now look like tap-ins! One word of advice - don't put it in your office, like I have. You'll get no work done! Even worse, every visitor has a go!!!!
