car stalls at a stop…?
just bought a 2003 sunfire, and the car seems to stall at a stop sometimes. once the car has almost died out and revives itself. the problem usually goes away for the remainder of the trip. but until then, it will either stall out or Putter and revive itself. im hoping it wont cost that much… the seller said there was no problems with the car – lying sack o *&^% – but he did say that he put in a can of fuel injector cleaning every other tank full, which i should have asked why. oh well.
the cars mine, and want to fix this problem.
ive read it could be electrical, the alternator, ignition, sparks… but thats like a handful of possiblities… anyone else have this happen and figure out the problem?

you can use carb cleaner because it is the same as brake cleaner and not as thick as lighter fluid but make sure the assembly is dry before you reassemble it. and try changing the fuel filter and sparkplugs and wires that might help you. The fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank helps remove condensation from the gas tank and helps to prevent corrosion and rust. Do that every three thousand miles with the oil changes, or every other full tank of gas
