Putter Training
600m running training..competition next week..?

i have a 600m race and i am wondering how to prepare for it.
i am usually a 200m dash runner and a shot Putter.
also, i would like to know how to run the race.
etc. like sprinting at the start.

thanks in advance.

Even if you are a long sprinter this race is too long to sprint the entire distance.
It is almost like a 800, in that you run very fast, but at less than top end.
Since you normally run the 200 your best bet is to stay near the front and let someone else set the pace.
Hope you can hang on and kick in the last 100.
