These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting our customer's privacy. We do not sell or disclose your details to any third party.

Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we only collect the information we require to process your order. This includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, where you heard about us and your preferred method of payment.

Credit / Debit Card Security
Your security is important to us. We place your card payment in the secure hands of Protx Ltd, the UK's leading e-commerce solution providers. Protx manage all of our card transactions using SSL and other unique encryption systems. When you purchase on-line, we never see your card details on our own systems. When you purchase by telephone, we input your card details directly into the Protx Secure Terminal. We do not record or store your card details on our premises or systems.

Delivery
We deliver free of charge (Monday-Friday) to most UK mainland addresses. You will be notified of order confirmation and the expected delivery date when you purchase your goods. We will only deliver to the address on the order (unless approved otherwise by ourselves) where a signature will be required. In the event that the goods cannot be signed for, our courier will leave a card. You will then have 5 working days to contact the courier to arrange another delivery date (at no extra charge), or possibly arrange an evening or Saturday delivery (extra charge to be paid by you to the courier). If you fail to contact the courier within this period, the goods will be returned to us and your payment will be refunded with the carriage charges deducted.

Risk
On receipt of the goods, do not accept or sign for them if it is obvious that the packaging has been opened or tampered with. Once you have signed for the goods, you will be responsible for them. Any obvious damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery docket and given to the driver. You then have 7 working days to inform us of any resulting damage to the goods, and we will have them collected free of charge and send you a replacement. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified in writing within 10 working days from the expected delivery date. Missing or faulty components must be notified to us as soon as possible. We will discuss the problem with you and either have the goods picked up and replaced, or send you additional components, free of charge.

Back Orders
If your goods are out of stock when you place your order, we will contact you with expected delivery date, at which stage you may wish to withdraw.

Returns Policy
By law, you have 7 working days from receipt of these goods to withdraw from the contract, for a full refund. The goods must be undamaged, in their original box and packaging, including operation instructions. The delivery box is also the storage box, and it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of it. You must notify us in writing within 7 working days from the date of delivery, upon which we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code (returns will not be accepted without this code). This will be valid for 14 working days and it is your responsibility and risk to ensure that the goods are delivered back to us at your own expense, within this period. If any goods are missing or damaged, the cost of these will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be transacted within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Putting CD refund will only apply to CD being sent back to us within 7 days of you receiving it, unopened (with any seals and wrapping intact). We can only accept return of opened CD if it is faulty and not damaged by misuse.

Guarantee
The goods are guaranteed for 12 months from date of delivery. Any damage or fault caused by accident, neglect or misuse is excluded from this guarantee. Your specific attention is drawn to the operating instructions supplied with the goods, which highlight the correct operating procedures and limitations.

Product Specifications
Due to our policy of continuous development, changes to the technical specification may occur from time to time. Goods may differ slightly from those depicted in the photographs and description, but will be of equivalent form, functionality, appearance and quality.

Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Scots Law and any disputes will be decided only by Scottish courts.
