Putter Plating
What is the value of this 24k gold plated Putter?
I have bullseye style putter head (i dont know what year it was made) but it is produced by taylor made (not taylormade as i thought at first). It is called the Green Velvet head model 101 24k gold plated. I have looked on ebay and vintage golf club sites to no avail. If anyone knows anything about this putter please help me out. Thanks a bunch.
Plating can be a few millionths of an inch thick, so chances are the total amount of gold is almost negligible. For reference, spot price of gold at this moment is $25.80US / gram.
